On November 20 each year to promote International togetherness and awareness among children worldwide, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), promotes and celebrates this special day, which also works towards improving children’s welfare. This day is celebrated to raise awareness for children’s right, welfare, and their future. It focuses on one of the primary children’s rights, such as a right for clean water and a safe climate, or the right for education without disruptions & awareness talk in primaries and kindergartens.

This year, the COVID-19 crisis has resulted in a child rights crisis. The costs of the pandemic for children are immediate and, if not addressed, may last a lifetime. A new analysis from Save the Children and UNICEF reveals that without urgent action, the number of children living in poor households across low- and middle-income countries could increase by 15 percent, to reach 672 million. It’s time for generations to come together to reimagine the type of world we want to create. With this children and young youths are being physically and mentally victims due to this pandemic. If providing basic needs, in this hard time all to the children they can achieve good and healthy lives:

– Built Self-confidence & high self-esteem
– Give the opportunity to play with other children.
– Encouraging teachers and supportive caretakers for the children’s physical & mental well-being.
