War conflict & Mental Health.

One of the most traumatic factors which cause mental illness is war conflict. Yet we never talk or try to know about this topic. Death, injury, shock, sexual violence, disability caused by any event, are some of the most threatening physical consequences of war which give a lifetime emotional effect & traumatic illness such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Most of the country which goes through many conflicts has a higher rate of mental illness and suicide rate. And most vulnerable are the children and young ones. Our volunteer Ms. Ojasbi ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ต, Ms. Husnia ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ, Ms. Anjana ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡น, Mr. Lukas ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ, Ms. Palden ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡น, Ms. Regina ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ต& Ms. Hritika ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ตfrom Team You never walk alone prepares very informative posters regarding the effects of war conflict on mental health. The poster also mentions what are the possible ways that can be taken to help people who go through such sudden conflict and war. Do find these posters and learn more about them. #m4m #Youneverwalkalone #group #vp2021 #mentalhealth
