Synergy Federation

Hello everyone! My name is Remsha karim. I am from Pakistan. I am currently working as core volunteer of team Synergy Federation ( group D). Let me tell you about my qualification I am pursuing a degree of BSCN from Aga khan university Pakistan. As a part of M4M program I think that we should openly talk about our mental health and we have to sort out mental health problems by discussing with each other .We should organize open discussions about mental health problems, it can help reduce the stigma and misconception surrounding mental illness. When people feel comfortable discussing their mental health, it becomes easier for others to understand and offer a solution. When mental health is openly discussed, people are more likely to seek help when they need it. I believe that through M4M platform we can bring a changes in the world and can help the people who are suffering from mental health problems.
