Dikchhya Rauniyar, 22 from Nepal is a core member of Me for Myself. She is a graduate of Bachelors in Social Work and Psychology. She started her journey in M4M as a volunteer in Batch II, then she worked as a core volunteer in Batch III and now her skills, teamwork abilities and experiences made her able to be an enthusiastic core member of M4M in Batch 4.0. She is extremely determined and an enthusiastic learner. She is very passionate about learning new things. Her interest in mental health has increased over the time as she has come to understand the effectiveness of proper mental health in every aspects of life. She is happy and proud to be a part of M4M campaign. She considers M4M as a safe platform to learn and grow. Aadesh sangraula
Aadesh Sangraula, a 22-year-old from Nepal, is an integral member of Me for Myself (M4M). Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Aadesh embarked on his M4M journey as a volunteer in Batch I. He has since continued his involvement, now serving as a Social Media Intern. Aadesh is a dedicated and avid learner, and his interest in mental health has grown significantly over time. He takes great pride in being part of the M4M campaign, finding it a secure platform for personal growth. Through M4M, Aadesh aspires to gain valuable experience and contribute positively to society.
