 This is Beena Nazary from Pakistan. She believes that it’s an alarming time where people need to understand what mental health is and its importance and being a part of M4M, she feels good to contribute her potential for awareness of mental health.

Jessica Shrestha is a volunteer from Nepal who is currently doing her  bachelors in psychology and  believes mental health has always been a topic of discussion but there are very few scenarios where people are being able to help the once in need because of lack of openness. Through m4m she wants to bring about change in people’s mindset about mental health.

Muhammad arif Hidayatulloh (Alip) is a volunteer from Indonesia who believes when young people understand about mental health they can better live their lives to reach their hopes and dreams for a good future.

sara maharjan

Sara Maharjan is a volunteer from Nepal who believes mental health includes emotional, psychological and social wellbeing and is one of the most important things to speak on and to understand. She is concerned about how people are not much aware about this topic.

shahzaad hussain

Shahzaad Hussain is a postgraduate in Public Health. He is the founder of We Care Society Balesar, an NGO contributing in various educational, health and empowerment programs in Rajasthan State.  With several professional experiences he is certified in Global Health Project management from University of Washington.  He initiated a campaign to connect youth to geriatric homeless people and little orphans to understand them, motivate and spreading love. Other than this he organized university campaigns on depression and suicide prevention. One of his best qualities is that he quickly discusses his ideas with friends and volunteers and acts without delays. With M4M he is learning new ways to bring change for a better India.

subesha adhikari

Miss Subesha Adhikari is a 22 year old student from Nepal who is currently a public health graduate and is studying one year post graduate diploma course in counseling psychology. A youth who has interest in mental health and has been conducting virtual programs through other organizations and actively involved in me for myself so that people provide first degree importance to their mental health and working with the hope that someday people will understand the crux behind conducting awareness regarding mental health plus will raise their voices high up to knock the issues down.

surabhi shrestha

Surabhi Shrestha is a volunteer from Nepal. She believes mental health affects how we think, feel, and act and also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Before 3 months she went through mental disruption because of her mother being ventilated in ICU for 21 days and is still unconscious. She was totally distracted. After some days Me for Myself project and few new friends to communicate with she felt that this program could bring about many changes in her and she could handle her turmoil to some extent while making tasks or researching about mental health.

Miss Tannu is a compassionate young woman who believes in making the world a better place to live. She emphasizes on accepting profoundly and helping those who are dealing with mental health issues. She considers the M4M platform as the way to effectuate her beliefs and to address the issues that are sidelined.
