I remind myself
It’s okay to be not okay
Allow yourself time
Be kind to yourself
Don’t feel like
You are a failure
Everything need to
Be looked after
Even the strong strongest
Building will start to crumble
If not cared for properly
It’s only then they can be fixed
And made stronger
But it’s not something
That can be done alone
There is no shame
In asking someone to hold
The ladder as you fix
Them hard to reach places
Take a deep breadth and remember
It’s okay to be not okay.
