Miss Ananya Poudyal is a volunteer member of M4M team “Aspirant Mental health worker”. She is from Kathmandu, Nepal. She has completed her +2 and she is trying for abroad study. In her free time she wanted to be involved in something and it’s the reason why she wants to volunteer for mental health and another reason is also to know about mental health which is very important and to make people aware about it.

Miss Deepa Pandey is a volunteer member of M4M team “Aspirant mental health worker”. She is an undergraduate public health student at Nobel College Kathmandu. She is basically from Butwal, Nepal. As she is a student of public health, her role is to help people in preventing diseases, promoting their health and prolonging life both physically as well as mentally. Also, she says that she has her core interest in psychology and she wants to make people aware that mental health is as important as physical health .Also she wants to make an effort from her side to eradicate all those stigma and myths about mental problems.

mallika sangraula

Ms. Mallika sangraula is a volunteer member of M4M team “Aspirant mental health worker”.  She is from Kathmandu, Nepal. She is currently doing her +2 in science. Well, she had not experienced any issues regarding this mental health but always eager to learn something about the mental health of the people around the world. So, she joined this m4m campaign not only for the experience but to provide some good information and help to those who are struggling in this global pandemic (COVID-19). And yes, she is very proud to be the part of this campaign.

mehak mumtaz

Miss Mehak Mumtaz is a volunteer member of M4M team “Aspirant mental health worker”. She is from Karachi, Pakistan. She is a social sciences student with psychology being one of her majors. She says “The concept of mental health is extremely close to my heart. With myself being one of the many people who have gone through the dire need of it, I am fully aware of the stigma that is associated with it.” Therefore, as she is someone who realizes it’s importance, (especially in these unprecedented and challenging times), she truly aims to faithfully play her part in helping to bring a change, to create a more gentle and compassionate society for herself and others.

sarwagya bhattarai

Miss Sarwagya Bhattarai is a volunteer member of M4M team “Aspirant mental health worker”. She is from Kathmandu, Nepal. She is currently doing her A levels in Malpi institute. She is studying psychology also. She says that “I always wanted to work in the field of mental health and especially I want to take care of the mental health of children and teens. As mental health is as important as physical health, if we don’t take proper care of the mental health of young people, they will face a lot of difficulties in their life ahead and it will reduce their quality of life. Young people need to be fit both physically and mentally because they are the ones who will work for the nation in future.” She wants to open a NGO which helps to take care of the mental health of children and teens and wants to see herself as a renowned social worker when she grows up.” She is very happy to be a part of the M4M campaign and wants to give her best performance in this campaign.
