allan yegon

Allan Yegon is a Social Worker and a meticulous researcher who resides and works in Kenya. Mr. Yegon is an enthusiastic youth with a keen interest in the SDGs, he strongly believes that for a prosperous planet and people, issues around youths and mental health should be addressed, mental health awareness and communication on coping mechanism ought to be installed among the youths as well as everyone else as a life skill. The m4m platform is an opportune platform that shall give impetus to furthering the realization of wellness in regards to youths’ mental health.

asmita adhikari

Ms. Asmita is a young and enthusiastic teacher from Nepal. She has a great interest in mental health as she has seen these mental health problems in her own family members and community. She thinks that these problems of mental health should be reduced by some awareness programs due to which she joined the M4M platform as a volunteer to bring peace and changes in other families and communities too.

Hamza Junani is a decade-strong consultant and trainer on Leadership, Enterprise, and Technology (LET) – Authentic Leadership, driven by ideals, not idols; Passionate Enterprises, where teams live their dreams and Social Technologies that enable us to be and do more. Junani’s horizon of consulting in learning design and delivery ranges from national-level working groups to ethnic to community-based initiatives. He is very thankful to be part of M4M camping with initiatives to be aware of youth and adolescents about mental health and its effect on society.

 

Pamella akosua lartey

Ms. Pamella Akosua Lartey is from Ghana. She is a young astute woman who always seeks the mental well-being of young people. She is a young woman lead champion in YWCA where they advocate for SRHR and Mental Health. She joined “Me for Myself” because she saw it to be a great privilege to also broaden up her knowledge on Mental Health and also be an agent of help to her society and country at large.

She is a member of YPEER at the College of Natural Resources. She believes that raising awareness about mental health is important to create a strong supporting system to break the stigma that keeps people from getting help. Through the M4M platform, She believes that she can provide helpful support to those affected in our communities.

Sam is a travel enthusiast from Nepal and he wishes mental health issues to be taken seriously and more platforms available within reach. Sam hopes no one has to suffer alone, and also strongly believes support & communication is the key.

vidooshi gupta

Ms. Vidooshi is a young educator from India. She believes that each individual has inherent potential, and she wants to help people suffering from mental health to tap it. She feels strongly for such people and would like to help them in whichever way she can. Ms. Vidooshi has always been keen to do something for society, and she’s grateful to M4M for providing her with an opportunity to work on an issue that is of great relevance in the current times.

Dr. Vishal Ghanghar is Core Member of M4M Team ‘Soulful corner’. He is a public health professional from Gujrat, India holding a Public Health degree (PGDPHM). He has been involved in the Public Health Sector since the last five years including Gujarat NGOs, IIPHG & other international organizations like UNICEF. His interest is in implementing public health policies & to contribute to the sector of Mental Health.
