Ms. Bhoomi Vyas is Core Member of M4M Team ‘Happiness all around’. She is a public health professional from Gujrat, India holding a Public Health degree (MPH). She has been involved in the Public Health Sector since last few years including Gujarat CSR, IIPHG & other organizations. Her interest is in academic research and implementing public health policies & also to contribute to the sector of Mental Health.

Mr. Bikash Chaudhary is a core member of M4M Team ‘Soulful corner’. He is from  Kathmandu, Nepal. He is a  student of Masters in Sociology. Mr chaudhary is  a team worker, well organized and capable of multitasking, and developing strategies for implementing and attaining the desired goal.His  recent interest in the relationship between society and individuals brief him how good or bad people feel does not just depend on their own personalities or brains but also on the sorts of social conditions they face. Which inspired him to be part of a social group like “Me forMyself” and contribute to our society by any means.

Ms: Dawa Lhomu Sherpa is a Registered Nurse from Nepal. She is the core volunteer of M4M team ‘The Sane Squad’. As a leader in her field dedicated to increasing access to mental health, Ms: Dawa has been involved with Forum For Nation Building (FNB) Nepal where she works as an intern to providing psychoeducation, psychosocial counselling to people especially in Quarantine centres and Covid-19 special hospitals. Ms: Dawa is also an active member of Sherpa For Change (SFC) where she has actively been working for the mental health awareness to youths via webinars, seminars, group discussions etc. She has been looking forward to collaborating with the M4M team for a positive environment among youths to understand mental health and to achieve mental wellbeing.

Miss Ganga is a core member of M4M Team ‘voice in mental health’. She is  from Sri Lanka and currently she is  studying a bachelor of social work degree & child psychology. Miss. Innara Lalani is a core member of M4M Team ‘Youth matters’. She  is  an undergraduate BScN student. She has been deeply interested in Mental Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Right advocate since her  nursing school. Her keen interest in Mental Health urged her to work on untapped issues and to bridge mental health gaps. So, her ultimate goal is to reduce stigma, taboo attached with mental health, disseminate information and foster a stigma-free environment. She believes in making a difference with collaboration and together we can ace it.

Miss Leona lama is a core member of M4M Team ‘I Matter’. She is from Bhutan, currently pursuing Bachelors in Commerce. She is extremely determined, strong willed, and an enthusiastic learner. Her interest in mental health has increased over the time as she has come to understand the effectiveness of proper mental health in every aspect of life. Miss Milu Shrestha is a core member of M4M Team ‘Here for you’. She is from Lalitpur, Nepal. She is currently living her dream studying Bachelor in Social Work. During her under graduation, she had engaged as an intern and volunteered at various organizations where she shined in her work and even got appreciation at the same time. She was particularly interested in working with the team from her early age. Mr. Nir Shrestha is Core member of M4M Team ‘Green Guardians’. He is from Kathmandu, Nepal & currently studying  in Bachelor final year in Psychology and Social Work. Shrestha is a  youth campaigner and disability rights promoter. He has been engaged in different organizations also  working on different social issues such as disability rights, SRHR, mental health, good governance, education etc. When he started to study psychology and understand the value of mental and psychological well-being, he  Committed to work for the mental and psychological well-being of the people. He believes that this M4M opportunity of volunteering in a mental  health campaign is a good opportunity to enhance his skills and make a good difference in a society.

Ojasbi Bhattarai is a core member of M4M Team ‘Diversified yet unified’. She is an undergraduate pursuing Public Health in Nepal. She is much more  interested in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights(SRHR) and planning  passionately to build a career on it. Mental health being a pervasive area in everyday life and in all work settings, she  believes sensitizing people on its significance is very important.  As a believer of self healing and as a fan of BTS, she wants to spread the message “LOVE YOURSELF” through effective intervention as much as possible. Through M4M she along with her  team endeavor to make a difference.

Miss  Pema Choden is a core member of M4M Team ‘Diversity and Inclusive in Me for Myself’. She is from Bhutan currently serving as  peer educator with YPEER Bhutan and she is also an Anthropology student.she has been an advocate on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and the ICPD goals. she believes that her  mental health is as important as her  physical health so she takes her  own ‘me time’ to contemplate on myself and my life. Her  goal is to make a difference in my own little ways.

Riju Manandhar is a core member of M4M Team ‘Mending mindsets’. She has a good experience working in youth friendly clinics for more than 10 years. She believes that her contribution in M4M can play a great role.
